All completed payments are final and non-refundable due to the nature of digital delivery and in-game benefits, except where a refund is required by law.
All items, ranks, perks, credits, or related benefits provided through Fate are digital only and cannot be returned, exchanged, or reversed once granted, claimed, or made available to an account.
Purchases support current digital access and in-game benefits as delivered at the time of purchase. Rebalances, item changes, account penalties, wipes, resets, downtime, or future service interruption or shutdown do not create a refund obligation except where required by law.
Unauthorized or abusive payment reversals, chargebacks, or disputes may result in permanent penalties across associated Fate accounts. Fate may provide transaction records, IP data, order details, claim logs, and acceptance records to payment processors and issuers when responding to disputes.
Transactions, receipts, or payment activity may appear under Fate Entertainment or another descriptor configured by Fate's payment providers.
